What do I need to bring?

• Polarised sunglasses
• SPF50 waterproof sunblock
• A small waterproof backpack or rucksack for keeping food and supplies on the mountain
• A waterproof ski jacket, preferably with a snow-skirt and ski-pass pocket in the left sleeve
• Waterproof ski trousers/salopettes, ideally with snow skirts for your boots
• Waterproof ski gloves
• Waterproof hiking boots for walking in the snow
• At least 5 pairs of long thick ski socks – up past your knees
• A woollen hat and gloves for when you aren’t skiing
• A few long-sleeved tops / base-layers
• (optional) Long thermal underwear / long-johns, especially for colder days

What do I need on the mountain?

• High-energy snacks like muesli bars.  If you are on mountain and you get hungry it can make it difficult to ski down
