How do I rent a roof box from you?

• Please complete our Booking Enquiry Form.  This will give you a firm price.  If the equipment and appointment times are available, we will confirm your booking which will send you an automated text and/or email
• You turn up to our address on the day and time agreed and we will fit your equipment, take your hire and deposit payments, and send you on your way!

Frequently Asked Questions:

• Will you be able to fit roof bars and a roof box to my vehicle? Nearly every vehicle can take a roof box!  It’s important for us to understand the specific roof fittings your car has.  The easiest way for us to determine this is to fill in our form with your vehicle registration, make, model and year, and clear photos of your car roof.  You may need to purchase a specific adaptor set from a 3rd party before having your equipment fitted.  If this is the case, we will let you know in advance!
• Why do I need to fill in the form?  Why can’t I just ring you?  We need a lot of information – collection/return date/time, phone number, email, car make, model, year and reg, preferred roof box, what type of fittings, etc.  It’s easier if you can provide all of this for us in a form!
• What’s it like driving my car with a roof box fitted?  You may notice a small amount of extra noise due to the extra air resistance.  Your fuel consumption may also increase slightly, but this will depend on the amount of luggage you carry, the size and shape of the roof box, and the speed you drive.  You can drive normally, but be aware of the additional height of your vehicle when entering restricted height zones!   If you damage your roof box due to a height restriction, you will forfeit your security deposit!
• How much notice do I need to hire a roof box from you? We have limited stock.  In busy periods like summer holidays, we are very busy and may not have your preferred size of roof box available.  To avoid disappointment, please book as early as possible.  We can take same-day  or next-day bookings, but it’s recommended to fill in the form then either call us or send us a WhatsApp message to confirm your appointment
